Henry performed a comprehensive inspection and provided a detailed report with over one hundred quality photographs of a 1968 Cadillac DeVille convertible for me in March 2018. Although I tried to contact the owner of the vehicle, he did not return my calls. I later found out that the owner sold the to another party. I have continued to search for a similar car and recently located one. I have already contacted Henry to do the inspection and look forward to his findings. Henry was my choice to inspect a second classic Cadillac convertible that I was interested in buying. What appeared to be a good car to me, Henry’s inspection revealed many concerning flaws. The seller had done several Mickey Mouse fixes that would have needed to be repaired right away. Henry supported me with a complete auto inspection some five hours drive away from his home. He travelled this on a motorbike there and back. His report was fabulous. Excellent communication and customer service! I had Henry inspect a 1987 Porsche 911 Cabriolet ‘Slant Nose’ conversion for me. Not only did he save me from making a costly mistake, but, he gave me valuable information in regards to; asking the right ‘ ualifying’ questions from prospective sellers, and hopefully, mitigating any future loss of time and money. Henry is awesome; I was impressed with his knowledge, patience and familiarity with the cars. Although he sent me a link to access the completed report, he still followed up with a phone call to further explain the photos containing the structural damage and the methods he used to detect the poor workmanship issues. I have made the mistake of buying with only viewing the car on the internet through a dealer in St Louie 18 months ago, lesson learned.
Then having the good fortune of meeting you and you inspecting two vehicles that I had inspected myself and found them a project, but after your expert inspection and detailed written / photographic report which outline many faults and problems not seen by me I did not go ahead with the purchase.

What can I say, when making important decisions such as buying a vintage car a PPI is a must. Henry is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. When examining my 1977 Porsche 911 S he took the time to go through all the small details. Unlike many people that just come in with an iPhone camera and snap a couple pictures I had 150+ Hi Res pictures taken with a professional camera of every nook and cranny of the car.

Henry used to work with Porsches years back so his knowledge on these cars for exceeded the knowledge of any common inspector. If you’re in the market for a vintage car in general I would highly recommend him for his services!

If you’re looking for the most OCD car inspector in the OC Henry is your guy. I asked him to check out a 1969 Datsun Roadster and he delivered the most comprehensive report I’ve ever had the pleasure of disseminating. In addition to a write-up that covered every facet of the vehicle I also got over 130 photos, a video walkaround, and a video of Henry going over each picture to point out what he was trying to capture. When I had additional questions (because I’m OCD about my cars too) Henry answered them promptly and in depth. He even researched several obscure issues and sent me links he found on Datsun Roadster forums. Moreover, the seller noted that Henry was great to work with on his end as well. There’s nobody else I’ll use for my PPI needs.

So, I decided to go shopping for an NA1 or NA2 Acura NSX! Most of the cars I have been looking at were between 1995 and 2005. Long story short there were a few cars on my list, but I started to become a little hesitant about buying anything. I started to here a few horror stories of purchases from via YouTube and I kinda came to the conclusion that whatever car I purchase it will need to be inspected. I started looking and behold I found a great inspector, not only did he inspect the car, but gave me a full REPORT AND VIDEO of him performing the task. I am over 100% satisfied about how professional and attentive to all my concerns he was. I obviously highly recommend . Also, love the fact the inspector was knowledgeable and honest about what he knew and did not now. Now that is hard to find!

The report is very complete. I’m going to do a little more research before I decide to buy it. I am really glad we did the report. I will look for you in the future.

Henry is the “BEST” in the business for a good reason. He loves what he does and it shows.

Henry spent over three hours doing a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche 911 that I wanted to buy. After he was done, the report included an extensive and comprehensive checklist, 185 high resolution pictures, and even a test drive video.

After reviewing the report and talking to Henry multiple times, I felt as if I was involved with the inspection myself which gave me an incredible sense of peace of mind and confidence in deciding to move forward with the purchase. Henry is amazing. I called and he met me at the car. While he was doing his 1 1/2hr inspection he uncovered that the CRV had been repainted. He also found that the whole rear tail light wasn’t functioning properly and the tires and rims had issued. He found other issues and I am so lucky I had him come along. I didn’t buy the CRV I was looking at but I am extremely happy I didn’t.

If your going to get a used car, it’s worth the $200 to use Henry and make sure your not paying for your mistake in the future.

UPDATE: just 3 week later we found another CRV for sale. It was beautiful and everything looked good. We had Henry come out to make sure we didn’t miss anything big, check the paint, and the mechanics. Yes! Henry said it was a great car. His approval means a lot and now we have the best CRV for our family.

Henry was a true professional in every sense of the word. He dealt with a difficult owner in my absence on multiple occasions and managed to still get the job done. In addition, he volunteered to help with relocating the vehicle so it was safe and repairs could be done. This is a full service outfit that I would even recommend to my very best friends.
